Nabo Heavyweight Champ Tomaz Adamek turns 34

During a celebration of his 34th birthday at the Main Events office, Tomasz Adamek joked with his promotional team, “I feel great for an old man.” 

It is not unusual for the heavyweight champ to be in training camp on his birthday. He keeps his focus, “I feel very strong and I am ready to make a good fight with Maddalone next week.  I’ll celebrate my birthday after the fight!”

Tomasz Adamek (42-1, 27 KO’s) vs. Vinny Maddalone (33-6, 24 KO’s) is headlining the latest edition of the Brick City Boxing Series. At stake will be Adamek’s IBF International and WBO NABO Heavyweight Titles.

The fight is part of a sensational boxing card that will take place on Thursday, December 9th at Prudential Center, Newark, NJ. The event is promoted by Main Events and Ziggy Promotions, in association with Star Boxing.
